Service Description
Add those special spa items you would like during your session. $10 each. Hot Stones are applied carefully and allowed to dwell and soak into the muscles, warming them deeply, followed by soothing massage. Aromatherapies are custom tailored to your needs or your own desired essential oils. Let us know in the booking notes if you have a preferred oil or have your own. Aromatherapy includes customized mixture diffused for olfactory as well as an oil mixture if emollient application is desired.
Cancellation Policy
We maintain a proactive lead time allowing booking as soon as one hour before your desired time. If distance and current traffic conditions may affect our ability to arrive at your desired time, we will communicate directly with you offering timely updates. OC Massotherapy can typically service from Costa Mesa to Carlsbad and all areas in between within 1 hour notice. If you are beyond this area or it is a weekend afternoon please try to schedule at least 2 hours ahead and consider peak traffic times in expectations. TIMELY CANCELLATION: Client cancelling at least 1 hour before a scheduled session is available through the web system and will result in FULL REFUND or CREDIT for a rescheduled session, per client preference. LATE CANCELLATION: Due to preparations required and initiated travel and therapist time costs, client cancelling less than 60 minutes before a scheduled appointment time is not available through the web booking system and will result in render of the current payment. We recognize that we are all human and unforeseen events can happen, thus a late cancellation rendered fee may be applied to a future appointment one time. We thank you for your understanding.
