Service Description

MLD applies soft relaxing strokes and compressions in a comprehensive process designed to move stagnant lymph throughout the body up to 20 times faster than normal lymph system function, to clear acute injury areas and activate node beds for speedier healing, reduction of swelling (edema), and improved overall health. Many massage therapy clients suffer from either acute or chronic conditions that affect the lymphatic drainage system where normal massage techniques are not suitable or ineffective. These conditions are therefore more appropriately addressed with manual lymph drainage than regular massage. MLD can also help anyone suffering from the effects of stress or fatigue.

Text or Call 3102933806 for a quote outside these areas PRIOR to booking online. We maintain a proactive lead time allowing booking as soon as one hour before your desired time. If distance and current traffic conditions may affect our ability to arrive at your desired time, we will communicate directly with you offering timely updates. OC Massotherapy can typically service from Costa Mesa to Carlsbad and all areas in between within 1 hour notice. If you are beyond this area or it is a weekend afternoon please try to schedule at least 2 hours ahead and consider peak traffic times in expectations. TIMELY CANCELLATION: Client cancelling at least 1 hour before a scheduled session is available through the web system and will result in FULL REFUND or CREDIT for a rescheduled session, per client preference. LATE CANCELLATION: Due to preparations required and initiated travel and therapist time costs, client cancelling less than 60 minutes before a scheduled appointment time is not available through the web booking system and will result in render of the current payment.
